The Cast

Mark Dacascos as Toby Wong, human host to the Leung Corporation's mysterious bio-energy macguffin. A pensive moment as Toby contemplates those tasty stuffed pork chops from the food service truck.
Kadeem Hardison as Malik Brodie, frustrated divorced father/singer/songwriter. Only in his thirties, Malik is already getting too old for this shit.
Brittany Murphy frightens the horses as Deliverance Bodine, latchkey-poster-child for the entire decade of the '90s.

Malik races through the steets of Los Angel...uh, San Francisco after being kidnapped by Toby. The fender-bender that followed, trashing Malik's car, was unscripted.
After narrowly escaping Vic Madison and the Hedgehog at the gravel yard, Malik and Toby reach deep into the barrel of love...and like what they find!
Toby and Deliverance run like hell as the motel explodes, accompanied by Malik's teeth and right sock.
In exchange, they destroy Vic and the Hedgehog's GI Joe Miniature Action RV.

"There Ain't No Cruise Control" - US promotional poster. Predates the video release, so it was probably put together as part of the campaign to get US distribution.
